Accessibility statement

Our accessibility goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across supported ContentOrbit.ai experiences. Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, content, and quality-review process. This statement describes our current approach and does not claim that every part of the service is free of barriers.

Measures we take

• Use semantic page structure, meaningful headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, and text alternatives for informative images.
• Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, browser zoom, responsive reflow, and touch input.
• Respect reduced-motion preferences and support operating-system high-contrast and forced-color modes.
• Keep workflow status, validation, review decisions, and permissions understandable without relying only on color.
• Provide editable alt text for assigned media and prompt authors to review AI-generated image descriptions.
• Include accessibility checks in shared components and automated regression coverage.

Known limitations

Some AI-generated images and user-uploaded media may have incomplete or inaccurate descriptions until a person reviews and edits the alt text. Third-party sign-in, AI, email, media, or social-integration experiences may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control.

The calendar and advanced image editor contain dense visual interactions. We provide keyboard-operable controls and text-based workflow information, but these areas may still require improvement for some screen-reader, magnification, or motor-access users. We prioritize reported barriers based on their impact and the availability of an accessible workaround.

Compatibility

ContentOrbit.ai is designed for current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies. The service uses modern web standards, so older browsers or unsupported combinations may not provide the same experience. You can use browser zoom and operating-system text, contrast, and motion settings without disabling core account and content workflows.
